Maggiora Baking Company is hardly new to the art of bread making

The Maggiora Family has been in the bread business for over eighty years; beginning with Mario and Dennis Maggiora, father and son. Dennis currently facilitates the bakery, along with a team of professionals whose goal are: customer service, consistency, quality, dependability, and communication. Maggiora Bakery prides itself in being a family owned and operated business, and we consider every employee a part of our family. It isn't just our customers that make our business a success, but all of the hard work and dedication that comes from within. Without our diverse group of employees we wouldn't be who we are today.

Maggiora Baking Company's wholesale customers consist of a wide rang of franchises, restaurants, hotels, delis, and stadiums thoughout the greater Bay Area and Northern California. Maggiora has its own fleet of trucks that deliver fresh bread to our customers daily. We also ship products nationwide through various distribution systems. While specializing in sourdough and french breads, we also produce a large variety of  other breads including dinner & sandwich rolls, hamburger & hot dog buns, ciabatta, focaccia, and sliced breads. We regularly add new items to our already extensive product list.
